Angelina & Momma returned to China in April for a few weeks of down time. We readily slept away our jet lag then we packed our bags and were off again, this time with Daddy to the Philippines. We met up with friends Lisa & Mickey Caverly and there two darling children & had a fabulous time. We hadn't seen the Caverly's in over two years so to be able to see them again mad the trip extra special for us.
The beach bungalow we stayed in was nice and came with an awesome porch swing. The resort grounds were very lush with tropical plants, flowers & eek...flying ants. The beach sand was pure white and Angelina played for hours on end filling her buckets up with the soft sand, making sand castles and then Knocking them over. The Ocean was unfortunately thick with green algae most of the time so we saved our swimming for the pool.
We felt so fortunate to be back together as a family again in this beautiful place just being able to relax & enjoy each other. Angelina & Owen certainly enjoyed playing with each other and she missed her new found friend when we left. We hope some day to visit with the Caverly's again at their home in Vietnam.
